When should I expect my order to arrive?
Orders can take up to 3 weeks to process and ship. Due to the tiny Togos being in high demand at the moment, order times can vary and may take up to 4-5 weeks. Tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Do you do custom colors?
Yes, I do custom colors at an additional cost of $10 for the tiny Togo. If that is something you may be interested in, you can email me / DM me on IG for more information.
Can I have a refund?
Since mostly all items listed are hand made, and made to order -- all sales are final. If an item arrives broken / damaged in any way, you can message me to discuss the next step.
